Return or exchange of products:
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, we regret that we cannot return or exchange beauty and personal care products, even if they are unused and in their original condition.
The only exception: We only accept exchanges for products that arrive damaged.
How can I replace a damaged product?
1. Contact us via WhatsApp customer service.
2. Provide the team with the required photos and information (order number, product name, description of the damage).
⏳ Time period for submitting a replacement request:
Damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Cancellation Policy:
We fully understand that customers may change their minds, so we offer the possibility of canceling an order under the following conditions:
- You can cancel your order before shipping by contacting customer service at: 0538837550.
- If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it will be considered a return request, and the customer will bear the shipping fees.
- If the order has been prepared and shipped and the order is not received, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
⏱ Return processing time:
Refunds are processed within 3 to 14 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse.
International Orders:
If the order is not received by the customer, the following will be deducted:
- Shipping fees.
- Shipment return fees.
- Any customs duties, if any.
